There are 2 major types of wood flooring that we are going to discuss: Solid wood and engineered wood.

Solid Wood:
As the name signifies is flooring material which is all “real” wood. Typically milled from a 3/4 inch thick piece of hardwood, solid wood flooring is a durable product which can be sanded and refinished many times if installed in the correct environment can last for decades.

Engineered Wood:
